Responsibilities

• Drive Product Strategy: Define and execute product roadmaps that align with the broader company vision. Prioritize features and enhancements, balancing market demand, technology feasibility, and strategic goals.

• Lead Development Cycles: Oversee the full product development life cycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration. Ensure timely delivery by working closely with engineering teams to remove roadblocks and optimize workflows.

• Engineering Collaboration: Engage deeply in technical discussion with engineering teams. Influence architecture decisions and align product needs with scalable and innovative technical solutions.

• Market and User Insights: Gather and analyse user feedback competitor products, and market trends to drive continuous product improvement.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, business development, and design teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and seamless user experiences.

• Bridge Business and Tech: Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders while also conveying business requirements clearly to engineering teams.

Requirements

• Ability to align business, technical, and design teams
• Experience working with executives, sales, marketing, and customer support
• Min 8 years of experience in product management and technical roles
