Digital Operations & Analytics Specialist (Contract) x1 💻📊
Salary: $3,300 – $3,900/month
Duration: 3 months (Immediate start)
Working Hours: 42 hours/week (Mon–Fri)

Requirements
• Degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, IT or related fields preferred)
• Basic knowledge of data analytics and ability to interpret trends 📈
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (incl. CSV handling)
• Familiar with content management systems (CMS)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills 🤝
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Adaptable and quick to learn new digital tools

Key Responsibilities

Digital Operations 💻
• Manage daily website content uploads and updates (e.g. event listings, metadata)
• Process content requests from stakeholders
• Coordinate event approval workflows
• Perform quality checks before publication
• Monitor published content for accuracy and consistency

Analytics & Reporting 📊
• Extract and compile performance data for weekly reports
• Support trend analysis and insights generation
• Assist in campaign and funnel performance tracking
