Vocare Media Production is looking for a Digital Media Marketer & Content Producer to join our team.

This is a hybrid role combining digital marketing, content creation, and video production. You will be involved in end-to-end content workflows — from ideation to execution and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and storytelling content
• Analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)

Content Creation & Production

• Produce short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Assist in video shoots (camera setup, lighting, audio)
• Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar
• Create basic visual assets using Canva / Adobe tools

Growth & Optimisation

• Track content performance and improve based on insights
• Test different content formats (UGC, educational, behind-the-scenes)
• Support marketing campaigns, launches, and client projects

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation
• Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Basic skills in video shooting and editing
• Strong communication and storytelling ability
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Advantage)

• Experience in a creative agency or production environment
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Runway, etc.)
• Knowledge of Meta Ads / TikTok Ads
• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing talent

Salary & Benefits

• Salary range: SGD $2,800 – $4,200 (based on experience)
