Job Scope:

• Support development and execution of monthly marketing plans and campaigns

•  Coordinate campaigns across digital platforms and retail stores to ensure alignment

•  Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (SEM/Display/YouTube)

•  Manage SEO/SEM, EDMs, and content marketing initiative

•  Monitor and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI and conversions

•  Collaborate with partners on co-marketing campaigns and digital promotions

•  Manage CRM activities, including email/SMS campaigns and customer database engagement

•  Work with retail teams to ensure proper customer data capture at stores

•  Communicate promotional plans clearly to retail staff for in-store execution

•  Ensure consistency across POSM, promotions, and customer messaging

•  Work closely with design team on marketing materials (digital and in-store)

•  Track performance and prepare reports with actionable insights

• Any other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience in digital and retail environments

• Background in e-commerce, retail industry or related is preferred

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Experience in CRM / email / SMS marketing campaigns

• Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets)

• Good communication and coordination skills
