We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the marketing team by managing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating outreach programs, handling administrative tasks, and crafting engaging content. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and passionate about contributing to impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support:

• Assist the marketing team in managing digital marketing campaigns, including creating and scheduling social media posts and crafting visuals.
• Create TikTok content, including video filming, editing, and production using mobile devices and CapCut.
• Write and edit blog posts for the company website, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content.
• Edit photos and design PowerPoint presentation slides for marketing purposes.
• Support brand collaborations and partnerships through communication and logistical coordination.
• Manage and update data and content for the company’s online obituary platform.
• AI Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude), image generators, and data analysis tools.

Campaign & Event Management:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of outreach engagement programs with partners.
• Provide logistical support for roadshows, exhibitions, and other marketing showcases.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage and maintain a database for certification and member card printing, including the filing of related documents.
• Organize and update marketing files, records, and databases for easy access.
• Update and maintain spreadsheets using basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, with additional technical skills being an advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing support or communication roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, social media platforms, CapCut).
• Intermediate TikTok content creation skills, including video filming, editing, and production.
• Familiarity with WordPress and other website CMS platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Intermediate photo editing and video creation skills using mobile applications.
• Experience in blog copywriting, including knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Additional technical skills or software proficiency would be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
