Job Description
Duties:
- Research resident demographics, behaviours, and trends within mall catchment areas
- Identify customer needs, preferences, and commonly used digital platforms (e.g. Telegram, WhatsApp, apps)
- Monitor online communities and social channels to track trends and surface insights
- Support development of relevant promotions, deals, and partnerships for residents
- Assist in curating and updating content for the mall’s app and website
- Coordinate with merchants to gather information and ensure accuracy of promotions
- Manage basic content tasks (uploads, tagging, updates, performance tracking)
- Track engagement and provide simple insights to improve content effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support campaigns and initiatives
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
- Open to cold calling
