Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality digital content across multiple formats including videos, graphics, blogs, and social media posts
• Conceptualise and execute creative digital content ideas that align with brand identity and audience engagement goals
• Manage digital content calendars and ensure consistent, timely, and strategic publishing across all online platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications teams to produce compelling and on-brand digital content
• Monitor digital content performance using analytics tools and optimise strategies based on data-driven insights
• Conduct research on digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and audience preferences to inform content development
• Ensure all digital content is thoroughly proofread, brand-consistent, and aligned with organisational messaging guidelines
• Support the development of digital content for marketing campaigns, events, and corporate communications initiatives
• Manage and grow digital brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Stay updated on emerging digital content trends and storytelling formats to keep content fresh and engaging

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and trying new approaches
