We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support digital content operations and performance tracking. This role focuses on ensuring content accuracy, managing workflows, and generating insights to improve overall digital performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management & Operations:

• Manage daily website content updates, uploads, and maintenance, including listings, metadata, and digital records
• Process content update requests from internal teams and external stakeholders efficiently
• Coordinate content approval workflows in line with established standards and compliance requirements
• Perform thorough quality assurance checks before content goes live
• Monitor published content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance

Analytics & Reporting:

• Extract and compile performance data for regular reporting
• Support trend analysis to identify insights from datasets
• Assist in preparing reports on campaign performance and user engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support funnel and performance analysis

Requirements:

• Basic data analytics skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including handling CSV files
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools and systems
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve content and data issues
• Experience with web analytics tools and performance tracking
• Knowledge of data extraction and automated reporting processes
• Understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion metrics
• Familiarity with content management systems and website maintenance
