About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and digitally savvy Digital Commerce Support Executive to support and grow our online sales channels across e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a mix of operations, marketing, and creative work in a fast-paced retail environment.
You will play a key role in managing our online storefronts, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, enhancing product presentation, and supporting digital marketing initiatives for both B2B and B2C markets.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations
- Manage and maintain company web portal and e-commerce (company website) and/or marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, eBay) platforms
- Oversee product listings, content updates, pricing, inventory accuracy, and promotional campaigns
- Process online orders, coordinate packing, and arrange shipments
- Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements to increase sales and visibility
Digital Content & Marketing Support
- Create and upload new product listings with accurate descriptions and high-quality visuals
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of product information across platforms
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and maintain social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)
- Support customer engagement through timely responses to inquiries and after-sales assistance
Creative & Media Production
- Design in-house graphics and marketing materials for online promotions and retail signage
- Assist with product photography and basic video editing
- Support creative content development for marketing initiatives
General
- Provide operational and administrative support for digital commerce initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Higher Secondary / Pre-U / A-Level / Nitec or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media management
(Entry-level candidates with strong interest are welcome to apply)
Technical Skills
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools
- Working knowledge of WooCommerce and/or Shopee/Lazada/eBay is required
- Experience with product photography, video editing, and content creation is a plus
Competencies
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing practices
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Creative, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Additional Advantage
- Basic knowledge or interest in bicycles and cycling products
Working Hours
- 5.5-day work week
- Monday– Friday: 9:30am to 6:30pm
- Saturday: 9:30am to 1:30pm
