Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the dietetics department, including reports, minutes, statistics, and appointment coordination.
• Support dietitians in nutrition education initiatives, including material development, slides preparation, programme setup, and webpage updates.
• Assist with patient-related tasks such as pre-clerking, nutritional data collection, and follow-up reminders.
• Conduct nutritional analysis and data management using computer software, including research data entry and food database updates.
• Manage oral nutrition supplement (ONS) samples, quality improvement projects, and support internal, external, and community outreach programmes.

Requirements

• Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Possesses good computing skills (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
• Customer service oriented.
• Love to work in healthcare.
• Familiar with clerical / administrative duties.
• Familiar with healthcare settings.
