Role: Desktop Support

Location: Singapore, West

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who possess a positive attitude, strong learning agility, and a genuine interest in technology.

What You'll Do

• Provide IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and applications

• Assist users with technical issues and service requests

• Support onboarding and offboarding setup

• Manage user accounts and Microsoft 365 access

• Help maintain IT equipment and asset inventory

• Support meeting room and AV equipment

• Work closely with vendors and internal teams when required

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates are welcome!

• Up to 2 years of IT Support / Service Desk / Desktop Support experience

• Strong "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Team player with a customer-focused mindset

• Comfortable travelling to within the western part of Singapore when required
