Responsibilities:
We are seeking an EUC Engineering Support professional to provide hands-on operational support for end-user computing environments. The role focuses on device provisioning, troubleshooting, endpoint support, and maintaining compliance with internal IT and MAS cybersecurity policies.

This role is suitable for candidates with strong L2/L3 desktop and endpoint support experience within enterprise or banking environments.

Skills/Requirement:
End User Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for desktops, laptops, and user devices.
• Troubleshoot OS, application, and hardware-related issues.
• Support Microsoft O365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint issues.
• Escalate critical incidents when required.

Device Provisioning & Deployment

• Perform device imaging and deployment using SCCM / Intune.
• Configure new joiner devices and decommission leavers’ assets.
• Ensure endpoint compliance (encryption, security agent installation).

Endpoint Management Support

• Support endpoint management platforms (SCCM, Intune, Entra ID).
• Assist in patch management and security updates.
• Monitor device health and compliance dashboards

IT Asset & Inventory Management

• Maintain asset inventory records.
• Support hardware refresh and asset reconciliation.
• Ensure software license compliance.

Compliance & Security Support

• Ensure devices comply with MAS cybersecurity hygiene.
• Support audit evidence gathering.
• Assist in enforcing security baselines (BitLocker, Defender, GPO).

Technical Skills Required

• Windows 10/11 enterprise support
• SCCM or Intune hands-on experience
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Active Directory / Entra ID
• Basic PowerShell scripting (nice to have)
• Knowledge of endpoint security tools
