Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end warehouse solution design and pricing for regional RFQs, including multi-country and cross-border warehousing initiatives

• Partner with local teams to validate detailed cost assumptions such as labour, space, utilities, and overheads

• Balance competitive pricing with sustainable margins and operational practicality

• Coordinate closely with country teams to consolidate inputs, validate local cost structures, and ensure alignment across regional proposals

• Act as the regional liaison across business development, operations, IT, and finance for all warehouse solution-related activities

• Manage timely, accurate proposal submissions in collaboration with key stakeholders

• Conduct post-bid reviews by comparing actual costs against proposed models to support continuous improvement

• Evaluate historical bid performance to strengthen future solution design and pricing accuracy

• Provide support during customer meetings, presentations, and clarification sessions throughout the solutioning and tender process

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of strong exposure to warehouse solution design and quotation experience

• Experience in warehouse space, manpower, and cost models in 3PL (Contract Logistics) and freight forwarding.

• Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables & costing models).

• Strong communication and management skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple RFQs/ projects.
