Responsibilities

• Design & Project Integration: Review design drawings for value engineering, constructability, and compliance with client requirements.
• Operations & Construction: Incorporate constructability inputs from operations teams, attend site meetings, and ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.
• Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams (BD, Finance, HSE) for technical compliance and project management, often using BIM (Building Information Modelling) and CDE (Common Data Environments).
• Leadership: Lead project teams, often supporting large-scale, high-tech industrial projects (e.g., aerospace, electronics, logistics). 

Requirements

• Experience: Generally 5–7 years of experience in the construction/building sector.
• Education: A Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity or a related Engineering/Architectural degree.
• Capabilities: Knowledge of BIM, integrated digital delivery (IDD) technologies, and sustainable design principles.
