- Must have at least 10 years of practical experience as Design Manager for MRT / LTA projects

- Work with internal and external design teams to create a design brief based on the client’s needs and designed end result

- Oversees the design process, ensuring the designs meet the client’s specifications, industry standards and legal requirements

- Delegate tasks and check projects for quality and consistency

- Work with project teams to check on the design, develop and implement successful designs strategies to create the project deliverables

- Ensure structural drawings and designs are produced on time

- Ensure Client’s expectations are met

- Review designs with health and safety in mind

- Avoid errors and reduce financial risk during construction

- Possess good knowledge of engineering science and technology

- Must be thorough and pay attention to details

- Good leadership and motivational skills

- Good knowledge of construction principles and terminology

- Able to use computer and main software competently

- Minimum qualification : possess a Degree in Engineering/Architecture/Industrial Design

- Possess a Master Degree in graphic design / construction management / project management will have an added advantage

- Able to start work within a short notice period will have an added advantage

- Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience
