Job Description

• Assist the Design Manager in supervising architectural works to ensure compliance with design standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate and review all design matters with LTA, relevant authorities, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Oversee and control design deliverables, including BIM models, technical documentation, contractual submissions, and cost-related design matters.
• Plan, manage, and monitor the progress and scheduling of architectural works.
• Manage drawing submission schedules in line with project timelines and construction progress.
• Review subcontractor's shop drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance progress.
• Support design-related problem-solving and provide technical guidance to project teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience with Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, CAD, and Photoshop
• Organised, meticulous, with positive work attitude and a sense of urgency
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
