Design Engineer (Civil & Structural) for Good Class Bungalows

Responsibilities

• Perform civil and structural engineering design for Good Class Bungalows, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Analyze structural components using engineering software to validate design integrity and safety
• Apply BS/EU codes of practice to develop structural designs for bungalow projects
• Design structural concepts efficiently and economically to optimize resource use and project feasibility
• Report project progress and technical findings to Project Director and management

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent, recognized by the Professional Engineering Board of Singapore
• Demonstrate at least 3 years of relevant working experience in civil and structural engineering design
• Familiarity with local design standards and codes to ensure compliance in project execution
• Proficient in engineering design software including Tekla Tedds, Staad, Plaxis, Esteem, Midas, AutoCAD, and GStarCAD to perform structural analysis and drafting
