Deputy Managing Director Real Estate & Development

Overview

An exciting leadership opportunity to drive the growth of a hospitality-focused real estate platform across Asia. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the end-to-end real estate lifecycle, spanning acquisitions, development, project delivery and asset management, while identifying new investment opportunities and supporting long-term portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the strategic planning and execution of hospitality and mixed-use real estate developments.
2. Source, evaluate and execute acquisitions, investments and development opportunities.
3. Conduct feasibility studies, financial modelling, due diligence and investment analysis.
4. Oversee projects from planning and design through construction, completion and asset stabilisation.
5. Manage consultants, contractors, operators and government authorities to ensure successful project delivery.
6. Drive portfolio performance through active asset management and value creation.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, operators and strategic partners.
8. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while driving operational excellence.

Requirements

1. Degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, Finance, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
2. 15+ years' experience in real estate development, hospitality and mixed-use projects.
3. Proven track record delivering end-to-end development projects from acquisition through completion.
4. Strong experience in feasibility studies, financial modelling, project management and stakeholder management.
5. Strong commercial acumen, leadership and negotiation skills.
