Our Client, a reputable MNC and leading A1 Main Contractor diverse in civil and infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and Review accounting operations on on-going site projects (e.g. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger, progressive billing, Subcon settlement, supplier and employee claim) using SAP and Oracle system. 

• Provide administrative support for site matters such as workers dormitory, insurance matters and ICT matters.

• Assist financial reporting and management reporting to Japan HQ Account Section.

• Supervise account and admin team (10 staff) to ensure internal control and compliance with the Japan HQ Procedure

• Prepare regular cash and cost forecast and analyze variance.

• Prepare regular and irregular report for balance sheet and profit & loss accounts

• Manage project cost for assigned project site with project manager and stakeholders.

• Assist audits (internal/external), tax and compliance matters

• Support tender and bank guarantee management

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
