Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing operations team in a 24/7 operational environment
• Drive team motivation, capability building, and succession planning through structured training and coaching
• Conduct performance management, feedback, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy
• Foster a strong culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence
• Oversee daily departmental operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient service delivery
• Ensure full compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements
• Develop, review, and implement operational procedures to meet service and quality standards
• Ensure readiness and compliance for ISO audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.)
• Manage operations to meet all contractual KPIs and SLAs
• Formulate and execute strategies to grow business volume and market share within the MRO environment
• Identify operational efficiencies and improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability
• Support business development activities through operational planning and execution
• Maintain and grow the order book pipeline in line with business targets
• Own and manage the department’s P&L, ensuring financial targets are met
• Monitor costs, margins, and resource utilization to drive financial performance
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review
• Ensure operational decisions align with financial and strategic objectives

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Proven experience in Operations Management, preferably within an MRO environment
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L and operational budgets
• Experience operating in a 24/7 operations setting is essential
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities
• Solid understanding of MRO operations, compliance, and quality systems
• Financial acumen with hands-on P&L ownership
• Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight
