Part-Time Dental Surgery Assistant / Clinic Assistant

Salary shown is full-time equivalent. This is a part-time / flexible position. Actual pay will be based on agreed working hours, availability, and experience.

Penn Pacific Dental Center is a private dental clinic located at SBF Center, a short walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT.

We are looking for a reliable, positive, and hands-on Part-Time Dental Surgery Assistant / Clinic Assistant to support our clinic team.

This is a part-time / flexible position, suitable for applicants who are available for selected weekday sessions and/or Saturdays.

The role involves chairside assistance, instrument sterilisation, infection control, clinic setup, room turnover, stock management, and general support of day-to-day clinic operations. Front desk support may also be required from time to time.

Dental clinic experience is preferred but not mandatory. Applicants with clinic, healthcare, customer service, hospitality, or related experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Working Hours

Part-time / flexible sessions available.

Clinic operating hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Actual working days and hours can be discussed depending on availability and clinic needs.

Applicants who are available for some weekday sessions and/or Saturdays will be preferred.

• Willing to learn and follow clinic protocols
• Able to work independently in a small clinic team
• Dental assisting experience is an advantage, but not required
