Roles & Responsibilities

Dental Assistant:

• Assist the Dentist during dental treatments and procedures
• Maintaining overall hygiene standard
• Assist dentist to prep patients for X-ray
• Disinfect and sterilize instruments and equipment's
• Perform general housekeeping to ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms
• Maintain appropriate levels of dental supplies in clinic
• Prepare materials, dental instruments, and equipment's as required
• Prepare cases to be sent out to third party Labs
• Attend to incoming calls and provide customer service for patients at front desk
• Admit and discharge patients
• Provide post-operative care for patients after procedures
• Schedule patient’s appointments
• Register and maintain patient’s account by recording medical and personal information data

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated to provide exceptional care to patients
• Minimum Secondary School/'O' Level or Nitec
• Able to work in a team and multitask
• Warm, caring and cheerful personality
• Responsible and willing to learn
• Relevant experience preferred but not necessary.
• Training provided for candidates with no experience if you are a good fit for the company
