Job Description:

• Assist the dentist in dental procedures, dental lab work, home or mobile dental services, and cross-infectivity management.
• Manage patient registration, appointments, and other related processes.
• Assist in other administrative matters as appropriate.
• Collate month end performance indices.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of O Level or NITEC in Dental Assisting.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to speak and write in English to communicate with only English-speaking patients.
• Proficiency in a second language (Mandarin) is a bonus to communicate with only Mandarin-speaking patients.
