• Position Title: Dental Receptionist
• Working Location: Yishun/Seletar
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Between 9AM – 8.30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,500 + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform front counter reception duties
• Answer phone calls and attend to enquiries
• Manage appointment bookings and scheduling
• Register patients and update records
• Prepare and dispense medications as instructed
• Handle cash, electronic payments, and NETS transactions
• Perform general administrative tasks
• Scan and file receipts and documents
• Perform data entry using Excel
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Dentist

• Minimum GCE N-Levels/O-Levels
• Relevant experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
• Must be willing to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) based on operational needs
