As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience. This is a full-time position that is integral to the smooth running of our dental practice.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome patients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable

• Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle patient inquiries

• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with patients

• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Support the dental team as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the practice

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in using various office software, such as Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
