• Position : Dental Clinic Operations Manager

• Location : Nearest MRT (Shenton/Downtown)

• Working hours : Five-day rotating workweek, up to 44 hours per week, including weekends based on clinic operating requirements. Shift timings: 9AM - 9PM (Weekdays) / 9AM - 6PM - Weekends)

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : S$4,000–S$5,000 basic per month + up to S$2,000 Monthly Commission + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Leave + 1 Day Birthday Leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage daily clinic operations, patient flow and clinic efficiency.

• Plan doctor and nurse rosters for smooth coverage.

• Improve patient experience, follow-ups and service recovery.

• Maintain clinic facilities, equipment, inventory and vendors.

• Reduce cancellations and no-shows.

• Support treatment conversion, upselling and referrals.

• Track clinic revenue, ARPU, collections and key KPIs.

• Manage billing, payment reconciliation and doctor commissions.

• Control clinic costs, budgets and stock usage.

• Recruit, train and manage clinic teams.

• Improve SOPs, staff productivity and patient care standards.

• Reconcile treatments, invoices and payments accurately.

• Verify doctor commission calculations and payouts.

• Manage budgets, cost control, stock usage and profitability.

• Other ad-hoc activities assigned
