Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Dental Assistants. Your primary responsibility will be to support dentists in various treatments and ensure patients' comfort during procedures. Additionally, you will prepare dental materials, maintain, and sterilize equipment, and assist with front desk reception duties, including patient registration, claims submission, and cashiering. Ad hoc administrative tasks will also be part of your responsibilities.

Job Requirements

To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5-days' work week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend).
• Must be able to commit night sessions (3 of the weekdays are till 9PM).
• Must be willing to do shift work.
• Flexibility to be cross deployed to different branches (transport reimbursement provided).
• Proficiency in using clinic software and email (IT literate).

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be given preference:

• Dental Assistant/Clinic Assistant/Nurse roles.
• Customer Service Officer/Customer Service Executive/Patient Services Associate positions.
• Patient Care Coordinator/Case Manager roles.
• Receptionist/Call center experience.
• Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting (including non-dental experience).
• Experience in the service industry (F&B, waitering, Spa, Airline, etc).
