Job Description
Job Summary
The Demand & Supply Planning Executive is a newly created role within the Supply Chain function, responsible for building and managing the demand planning function for the international business (AA, EMEA, APAC).
The role will establish foundational planning processes, forecasting approaches, and data structures, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure practical and scalable implementation.

Job Description:
Build and implement baseline demand planning processes, frameworks, and forecasting models
Develop and continuously refine demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business inputs
Incorporate key demand drivers such as promotions, tenders, new product introductions (NPI), and product lifecycle changes (phase-in / phase-out, EOL)
Establish and maintain SKU master data and customer data to support reliable planning and reporting
Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and variances; identify root causes and implement improvements
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to integrate commercial insights into forecasts
Translate business plans into clear demand signals for supply planning and execution
Identify gaps (e.g. shortages, excess risks) and drive resolution through cross-functional coordination
Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and data quality
Skills / Other Requirement
3–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related roles within the FMCG industry
Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is an advantage
Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong capability in demand forecasting, with hands-on experience applying data analysis and statistical concepts in a practical business context
Strong proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus

Proactive and solution-driven, with a mindset to improve and build processes
Good collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across functions and regions
Ability to communicate in Chinese (reading and writing) to liaise with HQ counterparts in China
