Job Summary

Limwood is seeking a Delivery Driver to manage timely and accurate deliveries of Food & Beverage products (non-perishables) to B2B and B2C customers, ensuring proper handling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collect goods from Limwood HQ at 128 Joo Seng Road, #05-02 Singapore 368356 during designated collection hours (12:00 to 15:00) to prepare for delivery.
• Operate own van in good and clean condition to transport Food & Beverage products safely to customers.
• Manage delivery schedules between 13:00 to 17:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with occasional ad-hoc deliveries on other days.
• Present Delivery Orders and obtain customer signatures to confirm receipt of goods and maintain accurate delivery documentation.
• Use heavy-duty delivery trolley to load and unload products, ensuring safe handling and physical fitness to manage delivery tasks.
• Coordinate with Limwood to receive delivery notifications by 15:00 the business day before scheduled deliveries.
• Support deliveries for events and other business purposes as required.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and handle all vehicle maintenance and operating costs independently.
• Communicate effectively with Limwood team and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Demonstrate responsibility and diligence in managing delivery tasks and schedules.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in delivering Food & Beverage products is a bonus but not required.
• Delivery companies with their own fleet of drivers and vans are welcome to apply.
