The Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting goods from the company’s warehouse to various customer locations in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. To succeed as a delivery driver, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.

Job Description:

• Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, charges are correct, and customers are satisfied.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
• Follow assigned routes and adhere to time schedules.
• Comply with all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Operate equipment and machines, such as trucks and forklifts, etc.
• Carried out hoc duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• A valid driver's license issued by Land Transport Authority of Singapore
• A clean driving record.
• Prior experience driving Lorries or heavy vehicles is often required or preferred.
• Possess forklift licence will be added advantages
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods
