Deliver grocery orders efficiently across 3 daily waves, completing 30-35 drops per day, while maintaining attendance and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver grocery orders accurately and on time across three daily delivery waves to meet daily targets of 30-35 drops.
• Manage delivery routes effectively to optimize time and fuel usage during assigned shifts.
• Maintain consistent attendance and meet performance standards to qualify for allowances.
• Operate the provided van safely and responsibly during delivery shifts.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth delivery operations and customer satisfaction.

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 or 3A driving license to operate the delivery van.

Other Information

• Work schedule: 6 days a week with two shift options: A Shift (8am to 8pm) and B Shift (10am to 10pm).
• Payment is made monthly on the 18th.
• Attendance and performance allowances are provided.
• Van rental fee of $1500 is deducted monthly from payment.
• Expected monthly earnings after van rental deduction range from $2800 to $3500.
