Responsibilities:  

• Attend to clients’ enquiries on account-related, trading-related matters via various channels.  

• Ensure a smooth end-to-end client experience to drive clients’ retention and satisfaction.  

• Facilitate the proper execution of trades for clients in an accurate and timely manner.  

• Perform other dealing functions such as assessing risk and preparing trade reports.  

• Support multiple key projects such as onboarding of new products, platform development, and other deliverables.  

• Participate in shift rotations where required to support global market hours and ensure continuous dealing coverage.  

• Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a dealing, brokerage, or financial markets environment.  

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both clients and internal teams effectively.  

• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment while maintaining accuracy and sound judgment.  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and risk awareness.  

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes independently.  

• Familiarity with trading platforms, order management systems, and client servicing tools.  

• Solid understanding of financial markets, trading products, and regulatory frameworks.  

• Relevant CMFAS certifications (or eligibility for licensing) preferred.
