Responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of multiple data sources and how thedata elements map to business operations and processes.
• Assume responsibility for data integration of structured and unstructured data volumes into a integrated data platform.
• Design, plan and implement data pipelines based on industry best practices.
• Design, implement and improve ETL processes.
• Apply appropriate policies, security, privacy rules to data.
• Achieve and maintain data quality metrics through continuous improvement.
• Create, design and maintain reusable datasets for analysis by business analysts.
• Build effective SQL queries or stored procedures to answer questions from stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve data, mapping and visualization issues across IT and business teams
• Maintain source code repository of scripts (SQL, Python, APIs integration scripts, RPA reports).
• Automate data flows, create and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Participate in the evaluation of off-the-shelf products and make recommendation for the most suitable data integration tools
• Work directly with end users to understand data requirements and testing needs. Interpret business needs from requests and rapidly implement effective technical solutions.
• Work closely with vendors where external products are deployed.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and PowerVirtual Agent).
• Solid experience in data retrieval and data cleansing using scripting languages, RPA products such as Power Automate and UiPath and REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong RDBMS design, SQL Programming and ETL experience is required.
• Experience in developing Data Visualization, Reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar visualization tools is an advantage
• Experience in Programming & developing business applications using modern programming platform like Microsoft.Net, Power Apps and/or any Open Source Systems will be an advantage.
