Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong blend of Project Management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Data Analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting business and technology projects within the banking or financial services sector, working closely with stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, process improvements, and regulatory initiatives.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline;
• Relevant experience in project management, business analysis, UAT, data analysis, or related functions;
• Experienced in Banking or financial services experience ;
• Must have experience in Excel, VLOOKUP, formulas, data manipulation, SQL;
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality;
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  
   

Desired Skill-set

• Exposure to transaction monitoring systems, AML, compliance, or regulatory reporting processes;
• Experience participating in system implementation, migration, or enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage end-to-end project delivery across business and technology teams;
• Perform data analysis to support project requirements, testing activities, and business decision-making;
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data validation, and data manipulation techniques) to analyze and reconcile data;
• Support business and system analysis activities through data-driven insights;
• Write and interpret SQL queries to extract, validate, and investigate data;
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications;
• Plan, prepare, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities;
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Log, track, and manage defects through resolution with technology teams.
