Key Responsibilities

• Analyze maintenance data and alerts to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes for preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
• Generate data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize maintenance performance and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization tools.
• Integrate AI and digital solutions to support predictive maintenance and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor maintenance spare parts inventory, track stock movements, and forecast material requirements based on maintenance schedules.
• Prepare inventory analysis reports and provide recommendations for strategic purchasing and stock optimization.
• Utilize AI tools to correlate maintenance and inventory data for improved forecasting accuracy.
• Support the development of AI-driven Maintenance Work Process (MWP), Maintenance Knowledge Management (MKM), and Maintenance Work Order (MWO) systems.
• Utilize tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Ariba, Workday, and AI platforms to support reporting, automation, and maintenance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in data analysis and AI-driven solutions, preferably within manufacturing or facilities maintenance environments.
• Strong analytical,problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
