Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise dashboards and data visualisations using Power BI and Snowflake, with robust version control.

• Define and maintain consistent data models, transformations, metrics, and KPI definitions across analytics products.
• Partner with Data Engineers and govern certified, discoverable datasets in Alation with clear lineage and business definitions.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify performance drivers and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Embed diagnostic and predictive analytics into dashboards in collaboration with Data Science and AI teams.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and adherence to enterprise standards for accuracy, refresh cadence, and design.
• Mentor analysts and build organisation-wide data literacy through the Analytics Centre of Excellence while bridging business and technical teams.
  Requirements
• 8–10 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or performance analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modelling using Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, metadata management, and governance frameworks (e.g., Alation).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-visualisation skills.Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate technical findings in plain language.
