Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Data Analyst to support the Enterprise Management project within a renowned organization. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and usability for business consumption.
Mandatory Skills
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field;
- Must have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis;
- Must have strong SQL skills for data profiling and analysis;
- Experience with data quality tools or frameworks;
- Solid statistical analysis capabilities;
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skill sets
- Experience with Python and/or R for data analysis;
- Hands-on experience with Power BI;
- Knowledge of data quality frameworks and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive profiling of incoming source data (e.g., ServiceNow, Tenable, SailPoint) to understand structure, completeness, and integrity;
- Identify and analyze data quality issues, anomalies, and patterns, providing actionable insights;
- Document data characteristics and establish baseline metrics for data quality;
- Design and develop comprehensive data quality (DQ) test suites aligned with business rules and data governance standards;
- Define thresholds, validation rules, and acceptance criteria to ensure data reliability and accuracy;
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize data quality metrics;
- Ensure dashboards effectively communicate insights and support decision-making;
- Collaborate with data engineers to implement and operationalize data quality tests within data pipelines;
- Develop monitoring dashboards to track ongoing data health and quality performance;
- Establish automated alerting mechanisms to promptly detect and address critical data quality failures;
- Document data quality test cases, methodologies, and validation results in a clear and structured manner;
- Produce regular (daily/weekly) data quality reports for stakeholders;
- Maintain data quality issue logs and track resolution progress to closure.
