Our vision
Employee benefits is a massive, deeply manual industry that still runs on PDFs, spreadsheets, and email. We think the entire workflow can be rebuilt around AI, turning messy, unstructured documents into structured intelligence that helps people make faster, better decisions. We're early and moving fast, and the people who join now will help shape both the product and the company.

What you'll work on

• Build Python pipelines to extract and clean unstructured text from insurance, medical, and academic documents

• Convert raw text into standardized schemas (JSON) that feed our downstream analytics

• Develop models to surface trends in claims, renewals, and preventative care outcomes

What we're looking for

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Data Science, CS, Math, Biomedical Engineering, or Bioinformatics

• Solid Python and a real grasp of evaluation metrics (Accuracy, AUC, F1, etc.)

• Hands-on experience parsing text from PDFs, spreadsheets, and other unstructured sources

• Bonus: you've wrangled genuinely ugly documents before and lived to tell the tale

You'll work directly with the founding team, ship things that go into the actual product, and see how an experienced team builds a company from zero.
