About the Role

We are partnering with a leading organisation supporting Singapore’s digital infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives to hire Cybersecurity Data Analysts.

This role focuses on analysing large datasets to identify cyber threats, uncover patterns, and support proactive threat detection and response efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, correlate and interpret large datasets to uncover cyber threat patterns and trends
• Develop and test threat hunting hypotheses using data analytics techniques
• Produce insights and supporting evidence to guide decision-making and intervention actions
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to share intelligence and support response efforts
• Translate analytical findings into reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Apply statistical methods and data analytics techniques to cybersecurity use cases

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis / data analytics
• Strong knowledge of statistical techniques (e.g. regression, distributions, hypothesis testing)
• Experience with big data tools (e.g. Hadoop, Hive, Spark)
• Strong SQL skills and experience handling large datasets
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts (e.g. network security, system security)
• Good communication and presentation skills
