Salary: Up to $3,500

Working Schedule: Weekdays (8:00am – 5:00pm), Alternate Sat (8:00am – 12:00pm)

Location: Clementi

Key Duties:

• Respond to client inquiries and provide daily operational assistance.

• Handle quotation preparation, data updates, and documentation management.

• Carry out Customs/ TradeNet permit submissions for import and export processes.

• Work closely with logistics partners, shipping agents, and regulatory bodies.

• Manage reporting tasks, invoicing, and ensure proper completion of all job records.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.

• Diploma in Logistics or a relevant discipline.

• Knowledge of Customs/ TradeNet permit declaration processes.
