Responsibilities:
• Perform installation, maintenance and repair of coffee machines and related equipments.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic checks to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Oversee the servicing, upkeep, and maintenance of in-house equipment and manage spare parts inventory.
• Communicate directly with external partners and customers to provide technical assistance and updates.
• Manage technical correspondence, including calls and emails, and provide timely customer support.

Requirements:
• Nitec in Engineering with 3 years of hands-on equipment servicing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Independent, organized, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Possess own motorcycle and driving licence preferred
