We’re partnering with a well-funded, fast-growing tech company to hire a Customer Support Executive to join their team.
- Handle order inquiries, returns, and delivery-related issues
- Manage end-to-end order fulfilment across APAC
- Support shipping documentation and customs clearance coordination
- Coordinate with customers, logistics teams, and service centres on deliveries and shipments
- Monitor order status, shipment timelines, and inventory updates
- Experience in customer service, logistics, sales support, or order operations
