Job Description
Location: Pioneer
Salary: Up to $3000
Period: 3 months
Working hour: Mon-Fri office hour
- Handle student enquiries via hotline, email, and counter with prompt, accurate support.
- Work with departments to resolve complex student issues.
- Manage international student pass processes in compliance with regulations.
- Support services such as insurance, transcripts, certifications, concession cards, tuition grants, and PSEA claims.
- Oversee mailroom operations when required.
- Develop and update SOPs and knowledge articles.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects to improve student services.
