Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and prompt support to ensure a positive customer experience
- Log and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Process transactions, bookings, and service requests with accuracy
- Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and ensure satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments promptly
- Maintain CRM records and keep customer logs up to date
- Support service recovery efforts and build positive long-term customer relationships
- Collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance customer service processes
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply — training will be provided
