Handle walk-in queries from policyholders and Financial Representatives
Follow up promptly on any unresolved issues.
Manage appeals, feedback, and minor complaints.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Resolve feedback and complaints within set timelines.
Support Digital Communications and the Call Centre as needed.
Rotate across Service Centres when required.
Undertake ad hoc duties and assigned projects.
