Job Description

• Responsible for the smooth and efficient handling of all student enrolments and registration processes.
• Managing school fee collections and ensuring accurate financial records.
• Handling and following up on all customer inquiries via various communication channels to ensure satisfaction.
• Assisting in the daily operations of the school to maintain a high standard of service.
• Maintaining a patient and professional demeanor when interacting with children and parents.
• Collaborating with the supervisor on shift rotations and operational requirements.
• Ensuring the reception and front-of-house area reflects the professional standards and appearance of the school.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / ITE qualification or above.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to manage children effectively.
• Must be bilingual with the ability to communicate in Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking parents/customers.
• Flexibility to work a 5-day work week, including weekday evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
