Job Description
1. Responsible for processing and management of customers’ orders with timely deliveries.
2. Timely keying in orders and acknowledgment of customer purchase orders.
3. Ensure no overdue customer orders; work closely with the sales team and business development team to clear overdue customer orders for deliveries/ shipments arrangement.
4. Liaise with customers on deliveries/shipment dates and any special requirements about customers’ order fulfilments.
