🎯 Key Responsibilities

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Guest Relations

• Greet guests and manage seating arrangements professionally and efficiently
• Provide personalised service by remembering guest preferences and special requests
• Address feedback and resolve guest concerns calmly and diplomatically
• Monitor guest satisfaction and provide timely assistance throughout their visit

🍽️ Front-of-House Service

• Support waitstaff during peak periods (e.g. taking orders, serving, clearing tables)
• Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth delivery of orders

📞 Reservations & Admin

• Handle reservations, walk-ins, and guest queuing
• Manage guest logs, VIP records, and table assignments
• Assist with compiling guest feedback reports or service recovery notes

✅ Requirements

• Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Hospitality or any related field
• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, courteous, and able to handle high-pressure situations
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
