Job Description
THE ROLE
Responsible for supporting the manager in planning, developing and deepening marketing opportunities of new and existing sales channels.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Handle enquiries via phone, email and social media platform
- Prepare sales proposals for existing and new customers
- Execute order processing and order fulfilment tasks
- Prepare invoices and work with Accounts Department to ensure prompt payments
- Schedule work for technical teams to meet customers’ timelines
- Liaise with external vendors: suppliers, contractors, partners
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
**Saturday on work shift rotation from 9am to 12pm only (once every 3 to 4 weeks)
