We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Officer to support daily operations and ensure a smooth and seamless service experience within the automotive industry. 

Job Duties:

• Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.

• Support daily administrative operations and coordinate customer arrangements 

• Assist in operational support including quotations, invoicing, parts coordination, and service documentation

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• Min. GCE ’O’ level or equivalent certificate

• Min. 2 years experience in Customer Service

• Prior Experience in Automotive industry and Autoline system
